Make A Will Month Supporting Willen Hospice

Date Added 07.11.17

Tollers are once again supporting Willen Hospice with their Will writing services as part of Willen’s ‘Make a Will Month” campaign this November.

Throughout November, Tonina Ashby of Tollers Solicitors will be providing the public with simple Wills in return for a donation to Willen Hospice. Tollers do not receive any payment for the work undertaken however, clients will receive a personalised and professionally drawn Will under the scheme.

There are no age restrictions on the Willen Hospice Make a Will scheme and taking part is easy. Simply Talk to Tollers to arrange an appointment in November and discuss your wishes and instructions for the Will with a legal professional. Tollers then produce a draft Will for your consideration and invite you back for a final meeting to complete the Will and process. Once the process has completed, Tollers forward your donation onto Willen Hospice.

The suggested minimum donation for a basic will is £90 and for mirror wills £150 is suggested, but larger donations are of course accepted and welcomed by the Hospice. Please be advised that the scheme does not cover the additional costs of complex Wills and if this is required, clients will be quoted a separate fee for this element of the transaction.

“Willen Hospice needs to raise around £7 per minute to continue to function. This is therefore an invaluable scheme allowing you to give back to a worthy cause in exchange for a professional Will” – Tonina Ashby

It’s important to have a will, regardless of your age or assets, as this can save your loved one’s unnecessary stress at an already difficult time. It’s especially important for those who have children, stepchildren, a cohabiting partner or second spouse as these situations may lead to further issues and complications on death in the absence of a Will.
