Employment Solicitor 4-5 Years PQE
We have a full time vacancy in our Employment Business Unit based at our Stevenage office, this role will involve networking and business development & working alongside our Corporate/ Commercial teams.
Our routine work includes dealing with the following, which ideally you will have experience and confidence in, along with managing your own caseload –
- Employment Contracts and Staff Handbooks;
- Disciplinary and Dismissals;
- Absence Management;
- Performance Management;
- Restrictive Covenants;
- Settlement Agreements;
Essential skills for this role include, attention to detail and excellent time management, a methodical and commercial approach to work and first-rate communication and practical advice skills, as building and maintaining client relationships will be an essential part of the role.
