Tom qualified with Tollers in 1984 and joined the partnership in 1987. He is now a Senior Partner. He served on the NLS Council and chaired the Contentious Sub-Committee.
After dealing with a range of commercial and private client litigation matters, for the past 12 years he has specialised in contentious probate and trust claims. He is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
