Tiffany originally qualified as a solicitor at Tollers in 2010 and returned to the firm in 2021 to head the Contentious Trusts and Probate team, after a four-year break developing her practice area at a local National Law firm. She is now a Partner at Tollers with over 11 years experience advising clients in wills, trusts and estate administration disputes. She has a wealth of experience dealing with claims both at mediation and at trial.
Tiffany is a full member of The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (‘ACTAPS’), which means she is a recognised specialist in this niche legal area.
