Ruth joined Tollers in 2000 and qualified as a solicitor in Trusts & Estates in 2005. Ruth prepares Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney for clients and also deals with the administration of estates on behalf of Executors. Ruth also gives advice in respect of lifetime Trusts and also Trusts contained within Wills.
In addition to her general role, Ruth also prepares Deeds of Variation and prepares documentation relating to the inception of Trusts created in Wills.
