Emma qualified in 2019 starting her career at a regional law firm where she trained then moving on to a firm based in Oxford as a newly qualified solicitor. Emma joined Tollers in May 2022 as an Associate Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team.
Emma specialises in corporate transactions and has developed a broad range of corporate experience by advising and assisting on a range of national and cross-border Mergers and Acquisition transactions, share buybacks and business transfers. Emma also advises on a range of commercial agreements.
