Gary studied at the College of Law and has been practicing for 13 years, having qualified in 2006.  Over this time Gary has practiced a broad variety of legal work and has had the opportunity to assist in some interesting and diverse cases.  Some of the highlights of his work include working with Bonham's with the sale of a famous heritage property, tax planning for the film rights of David Bowies breakthrough movie 'Love You Till Tuesday' and acting for the family of a double Oscar winner.



Gary has been recognised in his field of expertise and has been ranked as a leading lawyer by Chambers and Partners.  He has recently been asked to contribute to their global guide for advising cross border lawyers.

Gary joined Tollers in December 2018, as a partner in the Milton Keynes Trusts and Estates department.  He deals with both private individuals and business owners/managers.  He is experienced in dealing with high-net-worth clients and complex estates.  Gary also has a keen interest in cross-boarder estates, dealing with worldwide assets and is well versed in dealing with and advising on complex tax issues.

Gary is a qualified Chartered Manager (fellowship) which is the highest award for business management bestowed by the Chartered Institute of Management, he gained this status in 2018.  This was awarded after completing a second degree in Leadership and Management and for his experience and contributions in strategic management.  This allows him to have a greater insight with business owners when planning for the personal side of exiting a business and life after.  He is also a member of the Law Society, STEP and the SRA.

Outside of work Gary is a Cubs and Scouts helper, a role he really enjoys.  He is also into fitness and weight training.
