Covid 19 – Are you contemplating making redundancies?

We know that Covid-19 has had an impact on the economy and businesses. Companies are reporting downturns in work and the Furlough Leave (FL) scheme, whilst helpful, can only delay, what some feel is the inevitable.

Companies are going to be expected to contribute to the cost of furloughed staff.

This may mean that you are having to consider whether or not to make redundancies, or bring staff back under the flexible scheme, or a bit of both. We also know that budgeting costs is more important than ever, as we look to see how the next few months may pan out.

The package has independent insurance included, which covers the cost of a Tribunal claim and compensation up to £100,000, as long as you follow our advice. This means that you have peace of mind in dealing with staff, but also that your costs are fixed, for a price much cheaper than the cost of a claim, which let’s face it, in this climate, can only be a good thing.
