Mr X"Mrs W was successful in a claim against a Primary Care Trust following an accident which arose as a result of a defect in a car park premises. The defect was sunken tarmac of a difference of 6cm which caused Mrs W to trip and fall and sustain a soft tissue injury to her cheekbone and right shoulder.
