e-Conveyancing
e-Conveyancing reflects the Government's desire to "make conveyancing easier for all".
The main objectives are to:-
- develop an electronic system of conveyancing that makes buying and selling property easier for all
- enable authorised parties to exchange information securely, reliably and quickly
- reduce the worry, delays and risks of the traditional paper based conveyancing service
Tollers embraces all such initiatives in line with our customer focused approach. The proposed introduction of the chain matrix, electronic signatures, electronic funds transfers on the day of your move (so you get your keys earlier!) and the immediate registration of your transaction on completion will all be very beneficial.
