Your Feedback
We welcome your feedback. Feedback forms are systematically sent out to our clients towards the end of successful cases.Those returned are analysed each month and action is taken arising from the feedback. We also carry out a quarterly telephone survey of clients on a random selection basis to ensure we are meeting your needs.
We always welcome and, indeed, encourage feedback. We want to know what our clients think of us and our service. We want to be able to continue to improve the service we provide to you.
