As a solicitor and partner, Barry Rogers heads up our wills, tax and estate planning team.  Barry specialises in trusts and estate administration, wills, tax planning, Court of Protection and elderly and vulnerable client issues. 

Barry is a member of; the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners (STEP),  the Private Client section of the Law Society and the Personal Finance Society -holding the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate qualification of the Chartered Insurance Institute. 

Barry is a Panel Deputy appointed by the Office of the Public Guardian to administer the affairs of people who lack capacity.

Barry is a trustee of The Margaret Giffen Charitable Trust, a substantial trust created some years ago by a late client of the firm.

Martin is a leading wills, tax and estate planning solicitor. Martin focuses on inheritance tax planning, trusts, estates, formation of wills, long term care planning and court of protection.  He is a member of many organisations including; Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Law Society Private Client and & Law Management sections and Solicitors for the Elderly.

Kirstie qualified as a solicitor in March 2011 and has gained valuable experience across the firm's legal departments including; residential conveyancing,  wills, tax and estate planning offering advice on trusts and estates and the firm's dispute resolution department.

Ruth qualified as a Solicitor in 2005, after completing her training contract with Tollers.  Ruth is based within our wills, tax and estate planning and offers advice on trusts, estates, wills and probate.
