Structure of the department
Ingemar Hunnings is Head of the Injury Claims Department. There are seven teams led by Team Leaders.
One team specialises in handling Road Traffic Accident claims (RTAs). See profiles for Nina Chivers, Louise Hulse, Leonie Terry, Louisa Earnscliffe, Beth Hartney & Alex Press.
Another specialises in drafting and negotiating the bills and recovering costs for this department, as well as other areas of Tollers and some external customers. Click here to link to our legal costs services.

At all levels in the department, regular monthly review meetings are held. In addition to this, we carry out a quality review of files on a random selection basis across the department every quarter and the department is subject to an annual inspection (as is the rest of the firm) in order to maintain its accreditation under the Law Societys Lexcel Scheme.
