Proving the Claim
We will take detailed Witness Statements from you and your witnesses. The court will tell us when these have to be exchanged with your opponent. Your statement is very important and therefore we try and take this from you as soon as possible after the accident when memories are fresh. It will cover the accident circumstances, how you were before the accident and the effect the accident has had both in terms of your injury and your work and social life.
It is important that we cover everything relevant to the claim because if something is missed out then you or the witness who made the statement may be prevented by the judge from mentioning it at trial.
