Testimonials
"I have had the privilege of working with Barry Rogers and several other partners in Tollers for many years. Barry and I have been (and still are) trustees of a number of trusts. We have also acted as professional advisors to many mutual clients, and we have always been able to work well together. I have valued the quality of advice given by Tollers and their professional approach over a long period."

"I have known Barry Rogers a partner in Tollers for over 25 years and have always found him to be extremely helpful and efficient. In recent years he has dealt with the probate etc for three close family members and in addition the wills for myself and my wife. Tollers have also acted for me in connection with a several property transactions and I can say that throughout my dealings both with Barry and with Tollers generally I have always been very satisfied."
Tony Robbs - Loddington
"Tollers has been the primary source of legal support for both my business and my family for some 15 years. I was introduced to Tollers, and particularly to Barry Rogers, when he and I became joint trustees of a rather complicated Estate involving an intestate party with several dependants and a 100% owned, niche, hi-tech business. With the support of the Tollers team not only did we settle the Estate but also 'directed' the business for nearly two years through to a sale which realised (very) full value for the ongoing benefit of all of the Estates beneficiaries. Subsequently, through their extensive range of expertise, Tollers has provided good; value for money, advice and representation on commercial, employment and property matters as well as the more personal aspects of my extended family's private Estate in both the UK and Italy. Barry, himself, has become a discrete and trustworthy confidante who continues to act as a key advisor and gateway into the relevant Tollers expertise for all things legal."
David Walkerdine - Walkerdine Ltd
"Barry Rogers has been advising our family on personal and business matters for more than 20 years. Since then, the expertise and services provided have extended from inheritance tax planning with off and on-shore trusts, to probate management and property conveyancing. At all times, the advice has been well presented, with clear articulation of often complex issues supported by pragmatic commentary."
