Educational Negligence
Where a child’s educational needs are not being met then we can advise whether there has been negligence on part of the Educational Body and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue and pursue a claim for compensation should this be appropriate.
We can also offer Educational Bodies advice where a claim for educational negligence has been made.
