Andrew is a partner and head of Tollers commercial property team.  

Andrew qualified in 1975 and has spent his career dealing with commercial property issues.  Previously Andrew worked in Glaxo Smith Klein’s legal department in London advising the company's managers on property matters and various other commercial issues.

Andrew now acts for many developers and investors and has a great deal of experience in the assembly of land for development, options, sale contracts conditional upon successful planning applications and other business joint ventures.  He also acts for landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leasehold documents and for financial institutions.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys playing tennis and golf.

David qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and is  the Head of the injury claims team at Tollers.

David specialises in education law and personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, slips and trips, criminal injuries claims, professional negligence.

David is also in charge of the firm's costs team, responsible for delivering bills for the firm and external clients. David is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Motor Accident Solicitors Society and Educational Law Association. David has also been a member of the Wellingborough Chapter of BNI for many years.

Outside of the office David's time is taken up entertaining his young family.

Rebecca works alongside Gary Tait and the firm’s commercial and corporate department. She has experience of all areas of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, including, TUPE and acquisitions, strike action, discrimination, breach of contract, dismissals, redundancies, compromise agreements, agency workers, commercial agents, the Bribery Act and academies. Rebecca advises the firm’s major clients and other businesses on employment issues and assisting them through the various processes and procedures, including Tribunal Claims. She also generally assists the department and is responsible for quality compliance, business development and team organization and supervises the department’s Trainee Solicitors.

Rebecca undertakes in house training for clients’ HR departments and has most recently been working closely with a large national company to train their managers and help review and improve the company’s HR processes and practices and also frequently presents series of free seminars to local business on changes to employment law, as well as areas that commonly cause employers concern. 

Rebecca is a keen advocate and often successfully represents the department’s high profile clients in the employment tribunals, taking responsibility for some of the department’s large client accounts. She speaks French and German and can advise on French and German employment law issues. Rebecca is often featured as an Employment Law guest on BBC Radio Northampton

Samantha is a solicitor with significant experience in advising clients in respect of accidents at work, occupiers and public liability claims as well as highway cases. Samantha is a qualified solicitor and has worked for both defendant and claimant clients in all of these fields.

Samantha is also experienced in Education Law issues and specialises in advising clients in respect of Statements of Special Educational Needs and School Admission Appeals.

When not in work Samantha enjoys modernising her Victorian home.
