Our dispute resolution team is led by Tom Kings. The team covers the whole range of disputes most businesses will face, from debt recovery and property disputes, through to involved corporate issues.
We will always consider the prospect of achieving a successful resolution through an alternative to the courts. This may include arbitration, adjudication, mediation and expert determination, often, an expedient and cost-effective alternative.
Our record of working for businesses throughout the region, in this highly specialised area of business law, is evidence of the success we have achieved for our clients.
