We recruit talented individuals and we are committed to developing our people. Our training and development agenda is extensive and includes:
- A comprehensive induction programme for all new people with trainer led sessions, on the job coaching supported by our intranet, website links, IT and our bespoke case management systems
- An annual appraisal, supplemented by a tailored Personal Development Plan (PDP), reviewed regularly, and aligned to the strategic direction of the the business.
- Sponsorship for qualifications and externally organised courses agreed as part of PDP's
- For fee earners and other professionals ensuring the requisite CPD points are obtained each year
- Team and Business Unit meetings use varied learning techniques including interactive online learning, DVD's, in-house courses with external speakers and external programmes where appropriate
