Our team consists of Commercial Property lawyers led by Andrew Rudkin, a Partner and Head of Commercial Property Unit.
We act for investors, developers and occupiers needing the advice and negotiation skills that can only be provided by specialist property lawyers. Our commercial property team offers flexibility and the ability to act quickly on its clients' behalf, dealing with all aspects of property transactions. When required, the team operates alongside our other business legal units to provide a seamless service covering commercial, corporate and employment issues.
Our team is very conscious of our clients’ needs to proceed in accordance with agreed time limits, commercial objectives and prevailing financial conditions. Reporting to our clients on a regular basis and being in touch at all times, to keep the client informed, is central to our service philosophy.
Meet The Team
Partners
Andrew is a partner and head of Tollers commercial property team.
Andrew qualified in 1975 and has spent his career dealing with commercial property issues. Previously Andrew worked in Glaxo Smith Klein’s legal department in London advising the company's managers on property matters and various other commercial issues.
Andrew now acts for many developers and investors and has a great deal of experience in the assembly of land for development, options, sale contracts conditional upon successful planning applications and other business joint ventures. He also acts for landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leasehold documents and for financial institutions.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys playing tennis and golf.

David is a Partner within the commercial property team and works primarily out of our Milton Keynes office.
David qualified in 2001 and then practised in a city office of a national law firm for eleven years. He advised a mixture of property institutions, private property companies, high net worth individuals and sovereign wealth funds.
David has depth of experience in; the acquisition and disposal of commercial property and in the letting and asset management of all categories of commercial property, including major city and West End office buildings and a prestigious Mayfair estate.
In his spare time David enjoys spending time with his young son and his family. David is also a follower of sport with a particular interest in football, cycling, boxing and tennis. David also runs and cycles for fitness.

Anna is an experienced consultant for Tollers, specialising in construction & engineering law. Acting for a broad range of clients - developers, contractors, sub contractors, consultants, purchasers, tenants & funds.
Anna advises on all aspects of the documentation used in construction projects, including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, bank & surely bonds, insurance issues & on the construction aspects of development, lease & funding agreements.
Anna's expertise & opinion in her specialist areas have frequently been sought by the professional press & by leading publishers in law. Anna has previously worked for a number of law firms including Nabarro Nathanson, Lovells & more recently Jeffrey Green Russell where she was a Partner and Head of Construction & Engineering.
Anna is a member of the Society of Construction Law & the Technology & Construction Solicitors Association.
Outside of work, Anna loves the gym, travelling & spending time with her family & friends.

Bryan qualified in 2008. He has worked on a wide range of matters from residential developments for national house builders to large offshore windfarm projects for UK and foreign energy companies.
Bryan provides advice to a diverse client base of developers, landowners, tenants and banks on both freehold and leasehold matters. He also has an understanding of clients' construction issues and has experience in geotechnical and environmental site investigations, having previously been a geologist in the construction and mining industries.
Outside of the office, Bryan enjoys windsurfing and road cycling.

Claire qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Claire specialises in commercial property matters for individuals, companies, partnerships and charities. Claire acts for both landlords and tenants of commercial premises. She also works closely with the firm’s corporate department on business acquisitions and disposals involving leasehold and freehold property and deals with the acquisition and disposal of freehold properties, on behalf of occupiers and investors.
Claire advises charities and voluntary organisations in connection with their property transactions. Charity trustees who are responsible for buying, selling, leasing and mortgaging property are taking on personal responsibility and Claire is instructed to advise on the trustees’ obligations and responsibilities.
In her free time Claire’s interests include travelling, cycling and going to the gym.
