Assess Your Chances of Success
To assess your chances of success, we need to look at a number of factors:
- Are you still within time to bring your claim? It will help us if you have the date of the accident available when we speak to you.
- Who do you blame for your injury? This is for you to tell us, it will help you if you have their details.
- Why do you blame them?
- Can we show that they owed you a duty of care which they breached? This will be for us to tell you once we have the information asked for above.
- Can we show that the accident caused the injury and loss for which you wish to claim compensation? This will be for both us and you to form a view on and ultimately a medical expert to provide an opinion.
We will want to try and advise you about this as soon as we can. You will want to know and so will we! So it will be helpful if you can give us the answers to as many of these questions at the very first time that we make contact.
