Abandon the Claim
If this is the case and, if you are on a “no win no fee” agreement backed by insurance, our fees and any expenses incurred in pursuing your claim will be covered at no expense to you – so long as there has not been any fraud on your part and you have co-operated fully in assisting us to try to win your claim.
If you have 'before the event' Insurance or 'legal expenses insurance', which have been used to fund your claim, then it is likely that the same scenario, as explained above, will apply.
