Having completed a two year fast track programme in her own time to become an Associate Member of The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) in September 2014, Tollers are delighted to announce that Tiffany Wiggett is now a full registered member of ACTAPS and a recognised specialist in this niche area of law; Tiffany’s application having been approved by the Association Committee this October.
ACTAPS is an organisation established for lawyers specialising in contentious trust and probate work and was established in 1997.
The object of ACTAPS is to:
Provide a forum for their ‘associate’ and ‘full’ members to come together to discuss their experiences, exchange know-how and gain a greater understand and appreciation for this specialised area of law and where possible affect the law at a local and governmental level.
Tiffany said “It has involved a lot of hard work outside my day to day commitments, but I am delighted to have become a full member of ACTAPS. Completing the course enabled me to expand my knowledge of this complex legal area and become a recognised contentious probate specialist – which can only be to the benefit of my clients”.
The ACTAPS website provides a full members list, for prospective clients and other work referrers, wishing to get in direct contact with an ACTAPS qualified legal specialist to assist them with their requirements
