Tollers team up with YourDispute to focus on professional negligence claims
12/05/2012Tollers have been appointed to the panel of solicitors which deal with enquiries to the YourDispute website. Callers to the website speak to trained staff at YourDispute’s UK call centre who will gather key facts about the case.
If it appears that there is a prima facie case, the details will be passed on to one of the panel solicitors (including Tollers) to advise on the merits and take the case forward. In appropriate cases, Tollers will conduct the claim on a no win no fee basis.
