Tollers act for a considerable number of small to medium sized businesses.  From time to time issues arise between Directors or between Directors and Shareholders of a Company.  The Dispute Resolution Team are experienced in relation to handling conflicts at Boardroom or Shareholder level and are able to provide effective and practical advice in the following areas:

We can assist Directors/Shareholders resolving their differences and, if necessary, taking action through the Courts to protect their position.  We are increasingly involved in disputes arising out of Share Sale Agreements, particularly in relation to issues as to deferred consideration, earn outs and Warranty claims.
