Our Principles
We recognise that we must integrate our business values and operations to meet the expectations of our stakeholders which include:

- Staff
- Suppliers
- The wider community
We will seek to be proactive with each stakeholder in ensuring we meet our responsibilities to protect the environment, be good corporate citizens and help the community in practical ways wherever possible.
Our Actions
- We shall strive to ensure that we continuously improve our environmental performance through reducing waste, recycling materials wherever possible, reducing energy consumption and using materials from renewable sources eg. paper and other consumables.
- We will encourage and support our staff to be actively engaged with the community in a variety of meaningful ways.
- We will deliver a certain amount of pro bono legal advice to support charitable and other worthwhile causes ( currently coordinated through the national ProHelp network)
- We will register and resolve client complaints in accordance with our own service standards and the requirements of the Law Society.
- We shall operate an equal opportunities policy for all present and future employees, dealing with all employee matters in a fair way.
- We will pay our suppliers in accordance with the terms of an agreed contract and assist all suppliers in establishing responsible business policies.
- All our business practices will be underpinned with our core values of being progressive, open and dedicated.
