Tollers Solicitors became a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) from 1st January 2008. Since inception over 130 years ago, Tollers has been a traditional Partnership but with the advent of the new Legal Services Act, the firm decided that the LLP structure would provide an organisational structure capable of meeting the challenges that the new Act will pose for Law Firms over the next few years. Tollers is now known as Tollers LLP.

Tollers is a Commercially led law firm with 26 directors and over 230 staff operating from offices in Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. In addition to Business Legal services, Tollers also offers a full range of Private Client services to business clients and private individuals who require a bespoke service including wills, tax planning, trusts, probate, family law and conveyancing.

In addition Tollers offers a range of volume Personal Legal services. These include residential conveyancing via its 'enable' brand, personal injury claims through the specialist arm 'yourinjurymatters' and a standard wills and probate service through 'inherita'.

All Tollers operations are governed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the firm is accredited to the internationally recognised quality standard, ISO9001. This ensures that all client files and work processes are maintained to the highest standards and are independently audited.

The firm has grown significantly in recent years and much of this has been achieved by providing high quality legal advice and excellent client service. These are the twin pillars of Tollers investment plans and ensure that the firm achieves its aim of being an outstanding regional law firm.

Tollers continues to develop and recruit outstanding specialist lawyers and to train and develop all its staff in client care skills. In addition to people, the firm continues to invest in IT, new offices, client care and marketing.

In 2007, Tollers achieved recognition for this by winning the Northamptonshire Business Excellence Award for customer service. The aim is to provide our clients with the combination of the best legal and client service building long term relationships and adding value to our clients' businesses and peoples lives.
