As part of Tollers’ overall debt recovery and management service, we now offer our clients the following optional value-added packages:

Standard Credit Assessment & Reporting Package

(Standard Package)

• Our Standard Package provides comprehensive credit reporting & analysis of the creditworthiness of your new or existing business customers including reporting on:
• Credit scoring based on your proposed level of credit
• The identities and other appointments of all company directors
• The identities and shareholdings of all principal shareholders
• Summary business information including previous company names, address of registered office and details of any parent or subsidiary companies
• Summary public record information including details of registered County Court Judgements for the previous six trading periods
• Summary details of adverse legal notices such as the appointment of an administrator or the publication of a winding up petition
• Summary profit & loss and balance sheet information for the previous three trading periods

Premier Real-Time Reporting Package

(Premier Package)

Our Premier Package takes our debt management services to a new and unrivalled level by providing clients with real-time monitoring and Email reporting of key trigger events potentially affecting customer creditworthiness. Trigger events include:

• Publication or dismissal of petitions for winding up
• Making of winding up orders
• Notification of meetings of creditors
• Appointment or discharge of a liquidator, receiver or administrative receiver
• Proposed dissolution by the Registrar of Companies
• Notification of registration of County Court Judgements
• Changes to information held at Companies House including registration of mortgages, filing of accounts, changes of company name and resignations or appointments of directors

Credit Reporting Costs

Standard Package

• One-off fee of £15.00* per target customer
• Reports are available in a printable Email format typically within 1 working day of our receipt of client instructions

Premier Package

• £50.00* per year for reporting service on each target customer
• £200.00* per year for reporting on blocks of five target customers ordered together
• Unlimited reports on target customers are available throughout the annual period in a printable Email format. Reports are typically available within 5 working days of the publication of any reportable trigger event
