Disputing a Will

Has somebody close to you died recently leaving a Will which you feel:

  1. should have made provision for you; or
  2. they were mentally incapable of making; or
  3. was made under protest/against their wishes?

If so, you may need our advice on whether or not to challenge the Will.  Even if there is no Will, you may feel that the Intestacy Rules (these apply when somebody dies without a Will) do not make sufficient provision for you.

Undoubtedly you will need to seek professional legal advice if you believe any of the above situations apply, as dealing with such matters can be complex.  Should you wish to discuss any matter further with us, please do not hesitate to contact us.
