Disposal

After development of any site, whether residential or commercial, we will deal with the disposal of the newly constructed units.   We recognise the need to present documentation to buyers that will encourage swift progress of the transaction whenever possible.   The appropriate member of the team involved in this process will always be assigned in order to provide a cost efficient service to the client.

Freehold, Leasehold or Commonhold

We are regularly instructed in connection with the setting up of sites and subsequent plot and unit sales on both a freehold and leasehold basis, setting up management companies and dealing with any retained property as appropriate.

Since October 2004, it has also been possible for developments to be carried out on a commonhold basis.  We are be happy to discuss the implications and advantages of this type of development with any party considering involvement in such a scheme.
